How To Get Past Tough Times And Come Out Strong

  • by

In times of depression and loneliness, it is okay to ask for words of encouragement for hard times.

See The Invisible

While we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18

This is one of the numerous inspirational verses for difficult times in the bible

Walking by faith means seeing the end-result from the beginning, and then calling it into being.

In other words, irrespective of the things you experience, you picture the future according to the Word of God and proclaim it into being.

Refuse to acknowledge the negative picture the devil may present to you; keep your focus instead on the picture of you that God has shown you in His Word.

Don’t Struggle In Life; Walk By Faith

You may have experienced some difficulties and disappointments, but refuse to dwell on them and talk about them. Instead, see and declare your victories!

There are moments the devil will question your faith, asking, “Are you sure that word for this year is for you, with all the things you’re going through?”

Refuse to be moved; remember he’s a liar and the father of lies. He knows God’s Word about you is true; otherwise, he wouldn’t question it.

Trust God’s Word

Never find yourself struggling with your faith and doubting that what God says you is true. God is not a man that He should lie. Numbers 23:19

His Word is absolute reality: therefore, hold on to that picture of you that you see in His Word. Affirm that nothing is impossible unto you. Because that is the truth revealed in God’s Word about you.

Prayer

My faith is the power to change my world and frame the circumstances of my life to conform to God’s destiny for me! I possess the power to determine the course of my life according to the Word of God. I have a purpose and a destiny in God, and I live to fulfill it today and every day. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
